Reservation Cancellation and Refund Conditions
After the prepayment (Deposit) is made for the Villa/Apart/Flat, the villa/apart/flat is reserved for the customer.
The customer has the right to cancel his/her reservation before it starts. It is mandatory to notify VİLLA EVİ in writing about this cancellation, otherwise it will not be accepted.
There are certain conditions for cancellations. These conditions will be stated below and their percentages will be included in the total cost of the services to be provided. Cancellation conditions;
If the customer has made the prepayment of the rental fee;
It is not possible to refund the deposit sent to rent the Villa/Apartment/Flat.
Between 29 and 23 days before the start of the reservation, the customer must pay 50% of the total travel cost.
If the reservation starts within 22 to 16 days, the customer will pay 75% of the travel price.
If the reservation is made within 15 days before the start of the reservation and on the starting day of the reservation, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the travel cost.
If the customer has paid the entire rental fee;
If the customer, at his own request, pays the entire price of the villa/apartment/flat to Villa Evi; The down payment (deposit) will be forfeited.
If the reservation cancellation occurs between 29 and 23 days from the date of entry to the villa/apartment/apartment, 50% of the total travel cost will be forfeited. If the reservation starts between 22 and 16 days, 75% of the total fee will be refunded. If the reservation cancellation is less than 15 days from the date of entry into the apartment/villa/flat, the total fee paid by the customer will not be refunded to the customer.
Villa Evi does not bear any expenses incurred during the refund of payments made by credit card. These costs are deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation of the reservation by Villa Evi
Villa Evi has the right to cancel your reservation in unforeseen situations such as disasters in the regions where the holiday homes are located or in the houses themselves (irresolvable problems in the house's plumbing equipment, water or power outages in the region that last for days, earthquakes, etc.). Depending on the guest's wishes and grievances, Villa Evi tries to offer alternative houses in the form of a rented Villa/Apartment/Flat. The guest can choose one of the alternative Villas/Apartments/Flats, or if he wishes, he can cancel the reservation completely and request a refund of the remaining payment after the day the problem started. If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, the Villa House gives the right to cancel the reservation and not to refund the fee previously paid by the customer, and at the same time to rent this Villa/Apartment/Flat to someone else. Reservation cancellations must be made in writing, otherwise the cancellations are not valid. Reservation cancellation will be valid after the date Villa Evi receives it in writing.
