Villa Limon is located in Fethiye Kayaköy, the world famous Ancient City area. The construction of our villa, located in the heart of history and nature, was completed in 2021. Villa Limon has been put into service for your holiday plans. It has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms of our villa with a capacity of 4 people are en suite and air-conditioned. You have all the necessary necessities that you should have in a house. The open kitchen is the living room.

Our villa is 2 km from the Historical Ancient City and 5 km from Gemiler Beach.

The pool is filtered and overflowed, pool and garden maintenance is done regularly every day.

Our villa is open for reservation 12 months of the year. You can call us to make a reservation with our friendly service to our valued guests, whether for your honeymoon holiday, New Year's holiday, Valentine's Day and wedding anniversaries.

Exterior Features: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, camellia, barbecue-barbecue area and dining table set by the pool.

Pool: There is a sheltered private pool in the garden. The dimensions of the pool are 7.75 m x 3.80 m; depth is 1.60 m. Pool & garden and maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the morning or evening.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2,000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.

Important informations:
Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Since our villa has a location in nature, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility, it is quite natural. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Infrastructure works can be done periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
